Commemorate our fellow classmates who have passed on through an inspiring and uplifting tribute. It will be filled with music, spoken word and a special scrolling visual remembrance. Classmates Chris Bennett-Gagner, Cheri Kunshier, Brad Svem, Steve Nycklemoe and Ron Jessee are collaborating to make this a truly meaningful occasion. A small vocal ensemble is being formed with back-up by electric piano, acoustical guitar, bass guitar and light percussion.

A block of rooms has been reserved for our group at a rate of $139 per night plus tax from the nights of July 22-25. This rate is for either a King Bed with sofa pull out or 2 Queen beds.
There is a complimentary open parking lot and covered parking, complimentary WI-FI in guestrooms and meeting spaces. Rooms must be booked by Sunday, June 22, 2025 to receive the group rate. Uncommitted rooms will be released after this date and additional guest rooms will be booked if available at the prevailing rate at that time. Once the rooms allotted to our group at the contracted group rate are reserved, additional rooms will be at the market rate at the time booked, if available, so early booking is suggested.

Hotel Shuttle:
The hotel shuttle is available to and from the airport, to the Mall of America, Richfield VFW, Richfield High School, Dwan Golf Course, and the Minnesota Valley Country Club, as well as any other destinations within a 5 mile radius, based on availability. They have two shuttles, one 11 passenger and one 14 passenger. A $2 gratuity per person is suggested.
We have already booked two runs using the 14 passenger van, to and from our “main event” venue on the night of July 24th. These will run approximately a half hour apart. Exact times will be posted. Guests will need to reserve their spot at their desired times in advance to and from Minnesota Valley Country Club.
It is recommended that other trips such as to/from the airport or other places also be booked in advance, as the shuttle operates on a first come/first served basis except for our specifically booked event.

Format: Four Person Scramble: Best Ball
Teams: Four-person teams will be set up from those who register & pay, up to the number of tee-times the course has allotted to us. Requests will be honored if possible as we arrange teams. Non-Class member spouses/ significant others/ reunion guests and Richfield grads from other classes are welcome. Players should write teammates on the registration form, even if you do not have a complete foursome. Each team member can send their own registration fee & form separately, but ALL registrations & fees must be received by July 1st.
Cost: $25/person must be received with the completed Golf Registration form no later than July 1st. There is a set number of reserved tee-times, as limited by the golf course management, so early registration is suggested.
Cart/Clubs: Two-person carts can be rented the day of the scramble at the course for $14 per person. A lone person using the cart would only be $14, $28 total if two people are using the cart. Golf clubs can be rented for approximately $20.
